Fri: Kat and I chilaxed to some drinks and movies. I think we watched The Secretary which wasn't exactly what I was expecting; knowing nothing at all about the movie. It was nice to relax and the movie turned out to be entertaining at the least.
Sat: BEER FEST!!! There is nothing better than being shit tanked at like 2 in the afternoon. Best beers i had were probably the jalapeno beer(brewed with one jalapeno in each can), the breakfast porter (which tasted just like coffee), the 15 hop IPA (one of the strongets I've had), and seriously like all of the rest I tried. I guess three was about all I can remember. Highlights of the day had to be the beer of course, Ellen falling into our front bush, Jared in general, Lauren and her usual drinking tendancies, our drunken half assed game of trivial persuit, and the inevitable going to bed at like 9pm. A good time indeed!
Sun: Slept in. Didn't feel well at all after breakfast so i just lounged the day away. Watched Fear and Loathing in Las Vagas for the second time this week. Don't quite get the whole thing but is def a good movie. I've been wanting to see it for a long time. However the drug induced spinning/hallucinating/puking/freeking out didn't help my stomach situation at all. Episodes of Date My Mom, 100 Top Teen Idols, Desperate Housewives (Kat), and Grey's Anatomy finished off the afternoon, topped off the night, and concluded a great weekend.
ANY and ALL should come to the next beer fest I think it's sometime in June!!!!! |

Poker at Chris's place tonight. Hopefully it's not a complete loss like last time. Then superbowl festivities back at our place! It should be fun. |
